Data Structure based upon an external file

Morning all
right now I am having a brain freeze
I know (or at least think I do) that there is a way of defining a Data
Structure based upon an external file
While I am searching through the manual, could someone point me in the
right direction as to how to define this in a RPGILE program (we are on
V5R4)
