I am actually confusing terminology from another programming language I
use.
In Delphi it is quite common to use Raise() to create an exception. It is
the basic equivelant of the Throw() in java. When I searched on Raise I
found it in the ILE C handbook and thought I was headed down the right path.
I also tried putting this in my H-specs, to no avail:
H OPTIONS(*ONERRORRESUMENEXT)
