CPF4737 Error on window subfile -- RPG400-L

× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Apologies if this is already covered somewhere in the archives but I do
not have access to the internet at the moment.

I have developed a window subfile program, select field and description.
If I hit enter a multiple times without selecting any on the records I
get the above error. Can anyone tell me why and how best to rectify it.

CPF4737.
Cause . . . . . : An outstanding input operation has been completed.

Recovery . . . : Send a READ to the program device QPADEV003P to
receive
available data before sending another output operation.
