I'm assuming that you are referring to the library name of the file (You
say field, which is a bit confusing) in the REFFLD keyword. First of
all, IMHO, it is never a good idea to hard code library in the i-series
env. So... If I were you, I would just remove the MANBOI/ from the
REFFLD keyword. This will allow the compiler to utilize *libl to get
the file in the REFFLD keyword.

Note: For what you want to do, the WDSC find-replace function works a
bit better than SEU.

Dear All,

I am stuck in a big problem. I need to change around 30 display files
where
the library of fields needs to be changed from MANBOI to GEPRGSDATA.
Now
since GEPRGSDATA is bigger than MANBOI, it is getting overflowed to
next
line many a times. I have around 50 fields in every display files. It
is a
massive work to change all of them and the C MANBOI GEPRGSDATA at the
top is
not helpful.

My question is, Is there a technique in display files where i can just
write
at the top of the program, define MANBOI to GEPRGSDATA ?

Thanks for your reply
Manish
