Adam - not that doesn't work either.
I think we've had a misunderstanding. You mentioned a *CMD object. I
thought that XRPGMAIL was the processing program for the *CMD, but
rereading your post, I think it's actually ZRPGMAIL. Can you clarify
that for me? Also, the parameters are coming in as you expect for
ZRPGMAIL, right?
What I was suggesting before was a *CMD that has XRPGMAIL as the CPP,
and then you just submit it directly. If this is going to be run by
people without command line access, you can still prompt the submitted
command. Look in to the QCACHECK program in conjunction with the RQSDTA
parameter of the SBMJOB command.
