IMHO, that's misleading. But if that's really what you want, here's a
way that seems more intuitive to me (very similar to Adam's)
D maxtime s T inz(*HIVAL)
MyTimestampField = myDateField + maxtime;
However, if it were me, I'd want to set the microseconds as well. To do
that, I'd do something like this:
D maxtime c '235959999999'
MyTimestampField = %timestamp( %char(myDateField:*iso0)
+ maxtime
: *ISO0 );
