At my previous company we had a similar package. As the sole person
maintaining that system, I spent about 50% of my time administering the
system, 25% trying to remember where I was on my programming project, and
the final portion actually writing additional reports and making changes to
delivered logic. Depending on the size of your install and the number of
people you support, everyone will stay busy.
