Look at the message - 5722-AC3 is not the same as 5722-SS1, which is the licensed product you see in LICPGM. Also, look at the descriptions - they are not the same. So do what the message text says - get that product installed. It usually comes on a separate CD, although if you are on very current releases, it might be on a DVD.

Oh - *COMPATIBLE means an earlier version that is compatible with your current OS version. Please use F1 on all screens - they ALL have explanations of these things. That's one way we all have learned what we know here.

5722SS1 35 OS/400 - CCA Cryptographic Service Provider but the status says *COMPATIBLE and not *INSTALLED, also, we have just installed it today - does an IPL need to happen before the license pgm takes effect?


Is there anything else I need to be looking at?
