Ok,
Now are you printing to an *IPDS AFP(*YES) printer or are you trying
to use Host Print Transform (HPT) to print to an HP laser?
It's possible that HPT doesn't support the shaded box. Though I don't
see that limitation mentioned in the redbooks.

I've found that not having PSF stops some things - this may be one.
