From the manual:

"The ANDxx operation has higher precedence than the ORxx operation."

*Note: in every language I've ever used AND has a higher precedence then OR

so translating into freeform, which is much easier to read, you have
this (parens included for readability, they are not required for the
current results):
if (cfco = '9' and cfacct = '1919') or cfacct = '2020';

if you want this instead, (parens are required to change the precedence here):
if cfco = '9' and (cfacct = '1919' or cfacct = '2020');

you need this in fixed format
cfco ifeq '9'
cfacct ifeq '1919''
cfacct oreq '2020'
.... do whatever
endif
endif

HI I have a question on this code.

cfacct andeq '1919''
cfacct oreq '2020'

is there a problem here in that will it take any company 9 acct (besides the 1919 and 2020)?
