In an RPG PGM use the Retrieve Object Description API.
in an CL PGM you can do a CHKOBJ using the imput, no need to list all OUTQs
first.

Unless you want to give the users a prompt option, then regularly update an
*OUTFILE of the DSPOBJD command. Or store it such dat in an USRSPC with the
List Object APi (if that exist).
