No corruption - there's really no such thing in this context.
Assuming that you are telling the truth <grin> then the probability is
that someone has changed the default setting of the CRTBNDRPG compile
command. DFTACTGRP(*YES) is the default and is COMPULSORY if you want
to use a service program. Perhaps when you compiled this before it had
been modified to *NO?
Have you done a release upgrade recently?
