google "c2m1601" and there were several entries.
There is a ptf fix in this apar -SE20876, for the same qc2util1.

I currently have an issue with a program that parses an XML file loaded
into the IFS.

Its been working for several month, but now as decided to pack up,

no system changes being made.

Its a DOMparse_init instruction that Fails....but I'm at a loss
why....
