The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

The list-of-keyfields has always supported having just one key.
If the search key has exactly the same type and length as the real key,
it could be coded with or without parentheses. But if you need
type/length conversion, or you want to code an expression, then you
would code the parentheses.
I would always code the parentheses for keys, to visually distinguish
between relative-record-number chains.
