RFID Electronic Product Code (EPC) for SGTIN-96


Does anyone have a subprocedure or Service program that will take a numeric
EPC and convert it to binary and then to a Hex EPC?
It would be nice if it also converted from Hex to binary and back to a
numeric string.
Format is SGTIN-96.

I started the program and could finish in a few days (it's more involved
than I initially thought).

I'm not so sure I have all the rules for conversion.
EPC global mentions a mod 10 check somewhere, but I don't know where that
fits in.
Sounds like during decoding you should yield that in the GTIN-14.

IMHO EPC global intentionally does NOT give you proper documentation, which
generates MONEY for them in training and more documents which need to be
purchased.
