No; the two fields named OFFSET have absolutely nothing to do with each
other. The prototype for QtmmSendMail has the relevant parameter defined
as "like" the data structure, but that's as close as it gets.
And what's a LIKEDS, anyway? I don't see it in the manual for the
compiler we have here. LIKE, but no LIKEDS.
