Here's an example:

A R HDRREC
A SKIPB(2)
A 2'RUN DATE:'
A 12DATE
A EDTCDE(Y)
A 60' Some Heading '
A 122'Page'
A PAGE 3 0O 128EDTCDE(Z)
A SPACEA(1)
A 2'RUN TIME:'
A 12TIME
A SUBTITLE 50 O 55
A PROGNAME 10 O 115
A SPACEA(1)
A 54'From:'
A FMDATE 10 O 60
*
A R WCS151P1
A P1LINE 3 0 32EDTCDE(Z)
A P1VNDA 5 40
A P1MDL 20 48
A P1SKU 9 0 70
A P1UNITS 7 0 81EDTCDE(3)

And then you would WRITE the record formats, like HDRREC and WCS151P1.
