If you _really_ want to use RPG, look in to the /QNTC filesystem in the IFS. You can process files from Windows shares in RPG (or QShell) as though they were on the System i.

However, you can also do this from the Windows command line (in XP anyway):
type file1 file2 ... fileN > fileALL
