MMAIL is a very good tool. i use it to convert spooled files to PDF and
email to recipients all the time. i created a service program that
accesses a table keyed by report name and build the distribution list from
that to perform all the EMLSPL functionality so i don't have to add code
to all the programs, simply bind the service program and pass in the
report name and off it goes.
