First off I'm going to admit that I fat fingered this one.

Notice the minus (-) after the first equal (=).
The program compiled, but didn't work when I tested it. I remember
"attending" a webcast by Susan Gantner during which she mentioned that
for incrementals (or decrementals) the operator had to be += (or -=),
but definitely not the other way around.
I neglected to ask her, though, just what is the purpose/function of =+
or =- (both of which I have, as I said, fat fingered). I tried to find
an explanation of the =+ in Jim Martin's book on Free-Format and in both
the ILE RPG Reference and Programmer's Guide manuals for an explanation
of what =+ or =- is for. Obviously the compiler (and WDSc's RSE) thinks
they mean something.
Anyone know what =+ and =- are for/do?
