Hi,
What is your cgidev2 release ?
I ran into the same problem 2 year ago, and found a solution (a bad one).
The problem was with little template with a little number of variables, if i add a section with say 10 new variables, the problem disapear.

Hope this help, but the bug (?) is corrected in the actual release.

Do you have something like this in your program?

// ****************************************************************** // * CLEAR THE HTML BUFFER AND SET THE PATH TO THE WEB PAGE. // ****************************************************************** CALLP CLRHTMLBUFFER(); PATH = '/www/cgidev/htmlsrc/mypage.html'; CALLP GETHTMLIFS(PATH); Terry Anderson

subject: CGIDEV2 Strange/Random Characters

Has anyone else ran into a problem with CGIDEV2 where strange characters and or random text starts appearing on the screen? It appears that the cached html template is getting corrupted.
We can't seem to find out what is causing this, any Ideas?
Thanks,
Chris
