An SQL count() is nowhere near as efficient as using a file INFDS or an#####################################################################################
API.

Subject: SQL in RPG service program!
I did not think this could be done, but I just discovered you can use
SQL in RPG service programs!
It's a perfect fit as I happen to need a Count() of records in a file
that meet certain criteria.
This is a good day. So far.
