My first guess would be to remove the [MIN(1) MAX(1)] from the elements. I'm not at all sure what putting those attributes in place would give as a result. I've thought that those are for defining lists, and you don't seem to want lists of dates followed by lists of times as elements of your date/time mixed list. (Even if limited to single elements.)
