I'm an utter math geek, so I can immediately point out that the
six-digit repeating quotient is a telltale sign of dividing by seven.
Divide any number by seven, and that sequence will show up (unless the
number to be divided is an integer multiple of seven).

Well, 84 is 12 times 7 so ...

Those digits may appear but the starting position in the sequence varies according to the dividend used, however each sequence is tied (and repeats according) to the ordinal position of the dividend in a base 7 counting system.
