Actually I lied, I should be using %REM not %DIV. (and adding Rob's input)

MMSS = (%REM(HHHHMMSS:1000) * .01 )


HHHHMMSS = 12345678
%REM(HHHHMMSS : 1000) = 5678

5678 * .01 = 56.78

double conversion.
