Post Y2K, I use 8-digit dates, and the PSDS does not comply with that. So I
have a timestamp field defined with the INZ(*SYS) keyword. In the *INZSR, I
get the date and time from that.

Less trouble (and more accurate) than figuring out the Y2K window of a
six-digit date.
