Green screen multi-windows and radio buttons and check boxes.

Recently there was some discussion about green screen radio buttons and check boxes. I had time on my hands today, so I put up a screen shot that shows what they look like. Notice also the multi windows, that a user can page up and down to view the windows one at a time.
