Ron,

Not as unique as you might think -- Chatham Island (time zones
QP1245UTCS and QP1245UTC2) has 45 minute offsets; and both Australia and
India have time zones with 30 minute offsets. Also System i does
recognize your 30 minute offset with time zones QN0330NST, QN0330NST2, and
QN0330NST3.

If you haven't previously, check out the IBM supplied time zones with
WRKTIMZON.

-3:30 off Greenwich time. Which is why all our programs on TV have the
additional message (7:30, 7:00 in Labrador). lol. We are a unique
bunch....
At least Microsoft recognized us with the time zone on the PC settings
lol.
