received Java exception "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:>

Don't know if your situation is the same as errors I've had with HSSF_OPEN
failure. I have had this when I previously had another error running an
hssf job.

I found my cure to solve this is to sign off, and sign back on. The
error gets cleared. And everything runs fine.

I understand this is the only way to clear up that error.
