Well, PCO is out for sure, since this pops from a batch job. You would need to use REXEC to send the command.
The biggest problem there is knowing the IP address of the workstation that needs to be popped. You might be able to add a startup program to acquire the user's IP address when they login. This would update a user registry with their most current address. This might get difficult if your users are prone to logging in at multiple workstations concurrently. Multiple sessions to the same PC would be fine....
