From: David Foxwell

I'm looking at a progrram that does charges a subfile with SETLL followed
by READE on ROLLUP, SETGT followed by READPE on ROLLDOWN.

What would be the equivalent in SQL if I wanted to replace the SETLL/GT?

Close cursor?

Yup. In order to reposition a file for reading by key, you need to
re-create the cursor. This is one of the fundamental features of ISAM that
SQL lacks. There is no way to position by key within a result set or a
cursor.
