Actually, no, I don't use RPG. I use my own home-grown CPYTOCSV command. I
can set the delimiter character and enclose the values in double-quotes.
IIRC I used a combination of CL and REXX for that command.

I'm not in the office yet, but when I get in I'll ask what version we are
using. If the problem is that you have commas and/or tabs embedded in the
text, enclosing the data in double-quotes _should_ solve that issue. Even
the numeric values can be inside double-quotes. I don't see why you
couldn't do that in RPG as well.
