The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
You may also check the compile options.
Currently I have no access to a iSeries/Sytem i, but as far as I remember
the number of digits and decimal positions allowed can be set with the
compile command. (at least with embedded SQL)

Betreff: Just out of morbid curiosity (zoned decimal maximum length)
Just out of morbid curiosity, when was the maximum length of zoned
decimal numbers increased?
Our development box won't accept more than 30 digits, but we have a
customer box on which a 33-digit zoned decimal number compiles just fine.
