retrieving an IFS object owner -- RPG400-L

I am trying to retrieve the owner of an IFS object.

If I use the stat() API it gives the User ID of the Owner as a numeric
field.

How do I convert this to the Owner name ? i.e. as shown in WRKLNK.
.. or is there an easier way to get the owners name from RPG ?
