If the programs are called by CL, and you chgjob x/x/x logclpgm(*yes),
then
you should be able to see what you are after in the job log.

If you are using RPG to call programs, you will need your own logging
utility (write a message to a special queue?) or something that
interrogates
the job stack at a regular interval.
