I don't know of any IBM-supplied library or file with the file feedback layouts.

If you use WDSC, you can use the D-spec wizard to generate an INFDS; you could use it to generate your own copy file. I can't recall whether you can select the device-type, or whether it generates the layouts for all the device-types. (I don't have it WDSC installed right now, so I can't check.)
