Is there any Op-code for date Range?
I have a date field which is 7,0 in length - 1072207 (Century/month/day/year)

It might seem like a nit but it really is not. It sounds as though you have a number that you (a human) are interpreting as a date. Look at the bottom of the compiler listing to see how it's defined. If it's not a date, then my very strong advice is to convert it to one. In RPG, a date field is defined with a 'd' data type.

That's important because one can easily use a regular eval with > and < to determine if your date is within a range. Using a number in the format above is really hard.

Converting the packed field to a date can be as simple as using the %date() BIF if you're on a recent compiler version.
