Is the sql statement SET SCHEMA a compiler option, like SET OPTION, or is
it an executable?

I have a RPGLE script program that does a
create collection testlib;
set schema = TESTLIB;
tries CREATE TABLE, and other sql statements, and they either fail or use
the wrong library.

to get it to work I had to use some options on the SET OPTION
exec sql set option
naming = *sql,
commit = *none,
dftrdbcol = TESTLIB,
DYNDFTCOL = *YES;
(I already was using naming = *SQL.)
