Yeah that bugs me too.

I'd like to see a new keyword, TEMPLATE maybe that allowed you to specify the
INZ values on the dummy
DS.

One thing to be aware of when you start using the 'dummy' DS
method - if you define your template as based(), you can't
use inz(*LIKEDS). This is probably one of my biggest pet
peeves when it comes to defining data. So, following your
example, this would _not_ work
