I think it will not work for some months. Remember: date addition is
NOT asociative. You must first add the 2 months, and then substract the
days.
if date = Jul 31
date2 = date + %months(2) ---> gives Sep 30
lastday = date2 - %days(%subdt(date2: *D)) ----> gives Aug 31
and:
date2 = date - %days(%subdt(date2: *D)) ----> gives Jun 30
lastday = date2 + %months(2) ----> gives Aug 30
