Hi

I've been working through some of the RPG sample programs that are included
with the toolkit and I've got to the point where I'm tweaking some of the
samples with my own code.

I can run the sample program CREATEXML that uses DOM APIs and can produce
the xml as a file in the IFS. However, the header processing instruction is
not written
i.e. <?xml version="1.0"?>. How can I include this instruction at the start
of the document using the toolkit APIs?

Also, apart from sample inline comments and basic API listings, is there any
additional documentation for the xml toolkit?

Thanks

Keith
