The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

When there is a failure using open(), write(), etc. to access IFS files, I
don't see any error messages in the joblog.
When there is a problem, does anyone know if there is a way to determine
what the error might be?
I found my bug by trial and error. My open() wouldn't work when I used
the 'Exclusively Create' flag but it does now that I use the 'Create File
if not exist' flag.
