The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Not sure if it is the "best" way, but here is how I do that.
Timefield = %time(%editc(oldfield:'X') + '00':*iso0)
The conversion to character allow me to easily attach the '00' for the
seconds that %time will look for.
I use %editc with the 'X' code to keep leading zeros.
