To remove the previous error message from the joblog when it occurs, call the
QMHRMVPM API just after the message is issued, as follows:

Callp QMHRMVPM('*':0:' ':'*NEW':ApiError)

Where ApiError is the generic QUSEC data structure, set to all X'00' before
calling the API.
Note parameter 3 contains 4 blanks and should be a Char(4) field set to blanks
or a literal.
