that was my thinking. i'm trying to write an eclipse plugin for adhoc testing
(perhaps even unit testing) of service program procedures. for now the user can
browse the library list, select a serviceprogram and then select the procedure
he wants to test. i would then like to display the parameters the procedure
needs.

but as the java class ServiceProgramCall uses QZRUCLSP and that api only
supports up to seven parameters, i can work with a fixed amount of parameters
displaying in the wizard of the plugin.

Can't help you on how to get/install it, but it looks like a very useful
PTF, especially for generating interfaces to System i code from other
machines, esp. Java and .NET.
