QBNRPII

hi,

i'm trying to get information about procedures in a service program. so
far i was able to list the procedures in a service program but i also
need the parameters and return value information. i stumbled across the
QBNRPII api and first was happy that i could finish my program. but i
cannot find the program (QBNRPII) on our system (V5R4). the information
center states:

API introduced: V5R4 with PTF

what does it mean? do i have to install some extra ptf?

and what seems strange is that the V5R3 version of the ibm information
center states for the QBNRPII api: API introduced: V5R3 with PTF
