Absolutely !

(I will now take your advice on submitting a DCR)

Curious if anybody else on the list would like that as well?

Andy

Wouldn't an F spec keyword to do that override be nice?

Rob;

I'm going to override it to another outq.

I feel foolish for not looking for an API first.

I am now entering a new space/time continuum......... :}

Thanks
Andy

Using qcmdexc and a rtv... command in RPG is an exercise in futility.
Time
to enter a new space/time continuum:

Curious, what decision are you going to make based on the information
retrieved?

If you think a better solution would be to add the output queue name to
the INFDS then submit a DCR to IBM.

I also think an output queue name keyword for the F Spec for a printer
file would really be sweet! Why don't you submit a DCR on that?
