Hey! I have no problem (in fact sometimes argue in favour of) using RPG
programs as stored procs for .NET front ends. Does that count? <G>...
In fact, we just _had_ to do this to support updating a phone extension
in a S36 internally described file app where the extension was in
positions 249-245 PACKED. The thought of coming up with a SQL Statement
to handle that was more than I wanted. Can't remember the last time I
had to tell RPG that the key was 9 positions Alpha starting in position
