Things that we take for granted in a
Windows application, such as drag and drop and right-clicking the
mouse, are very hard or even impossible to do in a Web application.

Frameworks, frameworks, frameworks.... Drag/drop and right-mouse are
rather simple.

Printing is limited to "print screen technology," with little control
over things like page breaks due to different fonts, margins, and
paper size.

No! Look at CSS with a media type of printer. We've done layout change,
page break and even label printing from the web. Plus you could always
build a PDF. <G> When you step into printing on the client side you
better have a good understanding of hDC. <G>
