I would manually translate it to
eval(h) @callshr = @Calls / (@time / 60);
The half adjust works fine this way.
It will adjust based on the definition of @CallShr.

How would this be translated to /free? From what I understand, %DIV does
not support decimals. Also there is the issue with the "half adjust"...
